Sheraton Suites Chicago Elk Grove

Clean property with comfortable beds. Close to the Convention. A nice walk to and fro.

From the moment I arrived I was impressed. Very nice, clean facility and priced right considering its proximity to ORD (shuttle too). Alex checked me in and answered questions very well. My suite was exceptionally clean, and everything worked! Bath and fixtures were all perfect! Hats off to your staff, all areas including the pool and common areas were spotless. There also appeared to be some sort of walking area or patio outside, I saw many people using while I was in the pool. The buffet breakfast was fabulous! A real restaurant buffet, definitely NoT the usual hotel lobby toast and coffee kind. Everything was fresh, well prepared and non-greasy. big variety, and staff kept everything well-stocked.

Our room has great space for us 4, we've stayed here before but this time wasn't great like the others.

We had a quite night and the room was clean.

The location is beautiful, it was safe, and I loved that it was set back away from the main road. The location was nice as well, with its proximity close to restaurants, shopping, and gas stations.
